Longines quartz with a screwed bezel

Presenting an impressive vintage watch from one of the oldest Swiss manufacturers – Longines, operating continuously since 1832. This model perfectly captures the style of the late 70s and early 80s, the "sport-chic" era, where luxurious watches on steel, integrated bracelets combined sporty character with a jewellery finish. The distinctive, octagonal bezel mounted with visible screws gives the whole a bold, slightly brutalist touch that remains highly desirable to this day.

The two-tone case, approximately 29 mm wide, combines a brushed, steel body with a polished, gilded octagonal bezel secured by eight screws. It has been preserved in very good condition, showing only delicate, natural signs of wear consistent with its age. The crown is original, fluted, and signed. The whole is protected by a flat crystal that clearly displays the dial.

The timepiece features an original, integrated stainless steel bracelet with flat, brushed links, finished with a folding clasp. The combination of cool steel with the warm gold of the bezel creates a noble, two-tone duo that looks equally good for everyday wear and more elegant styles.

The classic, white-cream dial looks excellent and is maintained in the spirit of timeless elegance. The dial is adorned with black Roman numerals arranged around an inner, "railroad" minute track, the Longines logo with the iconic winged hourglass, and a discreet date window at 3 o'clock. The composition is complemented by slim, black hands and a gold second hand, and the "SWISS" signature at the bottom of the dial confirms its Swiss origin.
